Dr. Rainer Schmidt, has a university education in history and political science and is affiliated with the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS). Any questions related to studying in Germany, cooperations with German universities, individual scholarships or the recently established Rwandan/German government scholarship program can be addressed directly to DAAD Rwanda.
