He took part in the International Coaching Course (ITK) 2012 - Track and Field.

The ITK Ambassadors started in 2014. Alumni from four regions of the world participated in a special seminar for ITK Ambassador and set up a concept for their future work as ITK Ambassadors.

Since then, they have acted as ITK multipliers and as a contact person for the Sports Science Faculty of Leipzig University in their home countries.

The International Coaching Course (ITK) is part of the foreign cultural and educational policy of the Federal Republic of Germany, since 1991 it has been funded by the German Foreign Office. The history of the courses traces back to 1964. Since that time, more than 5000 coaches from 150 countries have participated in this measure of further education and training. Since 1999 26 Rwandan coaches were invited to participate. Host is the Sports Science Faculty of Leipzig University.
